The income, family and care information entered into the calculator is processed locally in your web browser. It is not submitted to us or stored in a database by the calculator.
Information you send us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and manage related correspondence. Please do not send sensitive identity or Centrelink information.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may create standard server logs when you visit the website. These can include an IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time, and technical error information. These logs are generally used for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
Cookies and analytics
The current calculator does not require an account and does not use cookies to remember the figures you enter. If analytics, advertising or other services that use cookies are added later, this policy will be updated to explain the services used and the choices available to visitors.
